Birth Doula
I support families in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum through mental, emotional, physical and informational support. My role is to support you in advocating for yourself while feeling safe and empowered. My role is to support the birth YOU chose- medication or medicated, in a hospital or at home. I do not take the place of your partner; instead I can help guide your partner to feel more confident in supporting you.

Standard package is $1900 and includes:
Two to three prenatal visits including assistance in creating your birth plan
Unlimited phone/email/text support
Continuous labor and delivery support
One postpartum visit in your home to process your birth and assistance with basic infant care and feeding
